Our areas of work

In the past few years, the Quito Process has been a fundamental arena for articulating humanitarian response to the situation in Venezuela from governments receiving Venezuelan nationals throughout the region; as well as for the harmonization of national policies.

Within this framework, governments have recognized the central importance of strengthening humanitarian assistance as well as the integration of refugees and migrants in the host communities. Different technical teams have been monitoring common problems in host countries, which get in the way of the full enjoyment and exercise of human rights and put at the risk the life, safety and freedom of women, men, and children of various ages, genders and diverse groups. These are the topics discussed.
